About us


Based on the teachings of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, Kyokushin karate training focuses on a progression of strength, courage, and character over time. Meant to help the individual discover their inner will, Kyokushin training requires effort, grit, and a spirit to never give up. Osu!

Designed for youth and adults with little to no martial arts experience, this program offers a fun, energizing way to build fitness, learn karate fundamentals, and grow in character. Students train in basic techniques, practical self-defense, and mental and behavioral discipline—all within a safe, supportive, and motivating environment.
Participants will improve concentration, strength, stamina, flexibility, confidence, and self-discipline as they progress.
Open to ages 6–7 and up. Families are welcome and qualify for discounted rates.


Ideal for experienced Kyokushin students, martial artists, athletes, and those in law enforcement or military service, this program offers advanced training in:
Physical conditioning
Applied martial techniques
Full-contact sparring
Real-world self-defense
Students build resilience, flexibility, discipline, and mental focus in a training environment that is customized, supportive, and results-driven.
Open to ages 10+. Family and group discounts available.

Empowerment Through Practical Self-Defense
Gain the confidence and skills to avoid danger, respond with strength, and overcome aggression. This hands-on seminar focuses on:
Situational awareness
Assertive response strategies
Effective defensive tactics
Building physical, emotional, and mental resilience
Open to women ages 16 and up of all fitness levels—no prior experience needed. Take the first step toward greater strength and self-assurance.
